I'm going with a 10 cause you like Guiness. I'm confident you'll sort this bike out (rims, tyres & grips at least) and then it will be a good all-mountain ride.

It does look like it has potential dude- but i'm going to echo what everyone else has said- ditch the halfrauds rear wheel!

I'm just not sure what you use the bike for as it looks a little confused, the geometry says to m that the frame is a long travel XC bike, the triples say downhill, the rear wheel just adds to the confusion.

However, just go one way or the other with the bike- if you love the rear rim and don't want to change it - go XC with a single crown fork. If you want to be doing downhill or freeriding i'd suggest beefing the rear wheel up.

Hope i haven't disapointed you chap, just define exactly what the bike is and you could be looking at 10's!
