Problem with DC is that the bridge (aka the crown just above the tire) fit a 26" tire. With the Endomorph fat tire, even if it fit on a 26"" rim, inflated it have 29" and therefore it won't fit on a DC. The Monster T have a removable bridge/crown that can be replaced by a modified one that would fit a 29er.. not the Shiver DC taht would suffer severe breach if its crown get cut and replaced.
Another point is, if you fit a Shiver SC on it, you will have to shorten its travel by setting a blocker inside the fork.. if you don't limit the travel, the wheel will stuck in the crown. Last thing, with the Shiver SC, you'll have a 1mm distance each side between tire and fork. This is pretty tight and it need precision crafting to setup. Overall, even with those technical difficulties, having a suspension fork with fat tires rocks!

would the shiver sc 2003 double crown work ok on this bike too, and what do you mean by you would have to modify the bridge?

I got a Shiver SC 2003 on it. It fit fine. If you want more travel, then check out the Monster T.. you'll have to modify the bridge of this one. Good luck finding a suspension for your Endomorph!

What's the point Stug? May I help?
FattiestFitFine replied... on 14 July 2008
...Fat tires add to stability. they are specially designed to ride in sand, snow, roots, and so on. With low pressure, these tires give a "pneumatic" suspension that work fine with hazardous trails. And it outperform any other tires when riding completly off-road.. Take a look at http://www.vmqca.qc.ca/chroniquesdegilles/2007/08/20070831.html and check pictures.
