Nice man, i have this exact same bike but the origianl set up, im thinking of changin it to dh, are there any other changes you had to make apart form the forks?

na mate the forks where only one i HAD to make, the others where just what i chose to do. the forks are a bit of a nightmare to fit due to the headtube size, it is tappered so the bottom headset is 1.5 and top is 1 1/8, however the 1.5 end is not the standard outer diameter size (apparently) but if you try get hold of a big hit 1 (the red one) headset it already has a reducer in it as the marzocchi forks are 1 1/8 steerer tubes...
it would also be adventageous to get some wider bars as 680mm are a bit slim for dh. i also chopped a bit off the bottom of the seat post to keep it out of the way on real tech descents and when jumping etc.
