really nice rig
does your tensioner work??
mine does do the trick so i took 2 links out of the chain and now gear 1 and 2 don't work.
please help if you know what to do as i'm getting fed up with it.

i took a few more out of mine and all the gears worked, i also bought new shifters which helped slightly :)
