The wifes bike now unused for close to two years, so i have claimed it for myself. put on a few parts i had laying around and upgraded the old 80mm rubbish XCM forks. managed to get a rockshox Tora 318 100mm for free and removed some spacers to convert it to 140mm travel. pretty happy with how its starting to take shape

Wouldn't go for the fork upgrade as you say she needs to learn on a smaller travel fork first then poss move on to a full sus depending on her riding style!!!

she's been slacking off a touch since the worst of the winter set in, gonna have to drag her back out and remind her how much she enjoys it now the summer is here.
