When the original Marin mountain bikes came out with their fluorescent and grey frames rigid forks the Pallisades was the popular one but I couldnt afford it and the Pine Mountain was a dream (approx £650) so I made a start to the new hobby of mtb with this. Its the one that started me off so its gotta be a 10. Riding it now is different to say the least.
