Thanks for the vote. I think it's early 2000's. Weren't many made. Aluminium monocoque race frame. Specialized made them for 20" and 24" wheels. The 20" are rarer. You have to run race wheelsets otherwise the brakes won't work. The brake cable runs internally within the frame which is a nice feature. Like early Klein bikes.
