not bad a good starting place alot to be done i.e new wheels, forks, pedals,shorter stem, chain guide,convert to disc brakes and then u should have a prity decent bike

New Wheels! I do like that frame though!
Put up a spec list and we can give you upgrade ideas.... but from what i can see i'd upgrade the forks and wheels :)
