nice bike that matey looks light

krissboo replied... on 22 October 2011

Yeah it's a really good bike as it goes...I suppose it weighs about 30lbs, so not that bad. But I reckon most of that is the wheels anyway!!

Have a 10 as it's the norm lol I really don't know if it deserves a 10 it's too far away too see! It's a Marin though so you have my vote (my loyalty card is now in the post lol)

konastinky888 replied... on 11 September 2011

It cracked! I got the White one free though. Marin are good with the warranty. I'm actually happy it broke!

krissboo replied... on 11 September 2011

lol, cheers matey. I've changed some bits so need to update my pic (and I'll take one a bit closer this time!!)
I see you've got a new "boring" white frame now. What happened to the wicked green one?

krissboo replied... on 11 September 2011

Nice one mate. I;ve recently taken the bottle cage off, got new bars and grips, so gotta update the pic. Yeah Gisburn was a great place to ride, got to go back up there as they have a new freeride line built now!!

Nice one Tom, Bike is awesome.
Gisburn Forest was pretty good, the quarry was only a small part of it though!!

My Marin Rocky Ridge when it was new. Only mods are blue superstar Nano pedals.
Bike now has Funn bars and Lizard Skin grips. (will update photo soon)
On the list are new wheels cause the standard ones are heavy and crap, and a dual chain device.
And yes the seat is high, but its a medium and I'm 6'0 so if things go uphill the seat goes up, otherwise it's dropped out the way for play time!!
