Mega versatile machine! This is it in its XC clothes. Fox 32s,DHX 3 rear shock,Mavic ex729s,Easton bars and stem,Maxxis ignitors. This bike is so fast and tough its unbelievable. When I go DH with it it gets a change of clothes(pics will be added later)to a heavy coil shock(800lb) and bigger tyres. Just shreds at that as well. A truly outstanding machine.

another lovely looking bike, i like the colour,is that from the factory or your own choice?in my last rate of your orange i said i was looking for new xc bike.ive always wanted a spesh an never had one,if you had a choice between an stumpy or 5pro which would you choose being as you have both manafactures under your feet?cheers

I love both bikes m8 but for different things. I bought these bikes second hand so I could afford both of them. If I was buying one bike brand new I would go for the new Orange Patriot which goes on sale at the end of this month at £3grand. If thats too much Glentress sell ex hire 5s for roughly half price. I spoke to someone there who got one for £1750. It sounds a lot but that Patriot of mine is roughly ten yrs old and still rockin hard so thats good value as long as you use it. The new Pitch is £1700 new so they price up about the same. Make sure you ride them before ya buy tho! The short answer is Orange buit they are both really,really good and its just down to whatever feels best TO YOU. Glentress hire them out as well so easy to try b4 ya buy - £40. If you are near Edinburgh let me know and come try mine.
