2011 NS Core 1
Standard spec pictured (Picture needs updating sorry!)
Marzocchi 55 RS 140mm
White juicy 3's 185mm
X7 / X5 gears
Ruktion crank
Truvativ dual ring chain guide
Ns pedals
Ns fundamental rims
I've also now fitted some funn 750mm white handlebars, some black odi ruffian's, a black wtb saddle and a black qr seatclamp. Ive also bent the left hand pedal arm slightly, so a new stronger crankset is coming soon.

Am liking that lots.
Hardcore Hardtails are the best for re-learning the art of riding smooth!!
And those bronze wheels are mad (even if they do match lol) ;)

Nice. The bronze colour rims and bars. Very nice. Rate mine pls...

Thanks for rate. The bars are gone now, they looked nice but the felt strange so I fitted some lower and wider ones in White. I'm looking to change the stem to White too when I can be arsed.

don't like the wheels, they match
konastinky888 replied... on 18 January 2012
Lol. I'm guessing I rated yours and yours didn't? Well I like my parts to match. I wouldn't like to have a bike that looks like it was made from any old parts that I had scraped together. Mismatched wheels are wrong, they should match. That's why people make matching front and rear hubs, so you can get a pair of wheels.

This is well sexy! Love the white combo.
What are those pedals like to ride?
konastinky888 replied... on 4 December 2011
Not too bad, they seem ok so far. The pedal arms bent but the pedals still spinning fine.

Seriously wanting to buy one of these! I'm not sure if the 15" would be too big though as I'm barely 5ft6. Any ideas?

Probably, the frames steel and its not light but it feels lighter than I was expecting. The wheels are fairly lumpy though.

Very nice for a hard tail, What type of ridding do you do with it?
konastinky888 replied... on 9 October 2011
Well not much so far, it keeps breaking stupidly, but it's described as a freeride hardtail

That does look choice! I think that you will have a lot of fun on that bike, my lads love their surges and the geometry is perfect for the second half of the Verderer trail at FOD...
konastinky888 replied... on 22 September 2011
Lower rise wider handlebars in White ordered!
konastinky888 replied... on 21 September 2011
720mm on this one. I use 777mm on my other bike. I need to shift the levers in too and swap the shifters around but the grips are slide on and they are being difficult to remove. Im going to get some lock ons and cut them off. Im not comfortable at the moment with the current setup.
wythall1 replied... on 21 September 2011
How wide are the bars? You may also feel better with a lower rise as well. A hard tail will make you a better rider, that is a sure thing.
konastinky888 replied... on 21 September 2011
I do hope to have some fun on it! I've got some real bad full sus habits that need breaking lol! I took it out on my local trails and it was definitely more challenging to ride over the rough stuff. I'm not comfortable with the handlebar width at the moment though. It feels a bit twitchy. I think I need wider ones in white.

I copy pasted one as it's standard spec at the moment but it's not come up for some reason.
