Can't go wrong with a Demo... You wouldn't be coming to Newquay for the surf/lifeguard/etc ?? being in N Queensland i'm assuming you do ?
Cornwall is pretty flat, better maybe to get up to Tavistock (not to far) and check out Gawton DH and the other tracks... improve your mud skills...
Yea, looking at heading to Gawton, checked it out on Youtube looks cool....... if I can't take my bike I will look to buy a cheep freeride or AM bike for the trip....
Never ridden there myself but England's pretty flat generally. There's bigger hills in Wales or Scotland's where the biggest are. I dont know if youve noticed and looked already but there's a trails & tracks tab at the top of the page (under the t in moredirt) if you have a look in there all the tracks in various places can be looked at.
Thanks bloke.... Yea North Queensland is where the saying of beautiful one day perfect the next came from. Townsville gets about 8 months of perfect weather and 1 hot and 3 very hot and wet months (it is the tropics). This shot was taken at the QLD State Champs. Great day. Townsville tracks are very, very rocky.... armour is a very good thing..... we have 3 tracks, 1 and 2 are both on the same side of the ridge line road, and are joined by a 200m flat section. 3 is on the other side of the road and has some crazy jumps. Just finished, but I havent riden it yet. Coming over to England in March, staying in the Newquay area, any suggested tracks... I have heard that Chicksands is pretty good???
Love this bike, some minor changes from the previous owner...
Ti Seat
Funn Direct mount Stem,
Wider bars
New back wheel... other than that all pretty good.

Wouldn't mind a Specialized in the future! Very nice example. Just got a Funn direct stem for my 888s, they're a nice little stem.
