that sounds pretty good. looks nice as well in red and white, and it a commencal too (a good make). i think you made a good choice, this looks nicer than the gt's and is less common in my opinion.
chain reation cycles sell some white gear cable outer made by goodridge, my mate has some and they look really good. this would suit your bike well. its £3.50 per metre (measure yours b4 you buy to get an idea of how much to get) which is a little bit more expensive than ordinary black stuff, but it does look good, and would tie in nice with the white already on your bike. you could fit it at the same time as your shifters too as you will have to remove the cables to do that anyway. some white QR skewers and red or white pedals would be some good finishing touches as well. cool bike.
Well as you asked:
SRAM X5 shifters (going to get these changed within next few weeks).
SRAM X7 front and rear derailleur.
RS Recon SL solo with lockout
Avid Juicy 3 160
Shimano M442 9s octalink
Shimano M475 hubs
Alex double wall disc brake rims
Kenda small block eight tires
raceface stem and seatpost.
Weighs in at roughly 12.5kg
Havn't tested her good and proper yet, but will do next week or this saturday, depending on if tubes and stuff come in post.

very nice looking hardtail. you should put some more spec up in the description though.
