original suntour forks were bobins, defo needed upgrade.About to clock 8,500 mls riding this steed. A bomb proof beast!

Noticed you ride the same type of steed. Defo upgrade forks and brakes to hydrolic a must,anything else replace as it wears out.

there really good bikes and ive normally given you a ten but youve really mest it up with the mudgaurds a bottles

the bottles were only added for the long distance charity rides and the muddies are a bit of a necessity on the terrain i ride. (even if they do spoil the nice lines, but hey, this is an 04' Carrera and its still going strong! Long Live the Kraken!!)

that looks a nice set up mate. hows it ride on a long trek? i got one much the same but a lot smaller frame more for dirt and i'm well chuffed with it.

Rides good everywhere!Put slicks on it for the M/cr2Blackpool (5Hr12mins)later in the same year.its out on the moors every sunday morning come sun, rain or snow, the essential upgrades (Forks, Hydroloc breakes)have made it vertually bomb proof. enjoy!!
