Thanks for the comments!!!
I got this bike on sale in november 2005, the brown color isn't that bad really.
Climbing on this FS is plenty good, but not as good as my hardtail though...but more fun to go fast on bumpy descents.
Replaced the BB for Shimano XT last summer, water had mucked up inside, caused by a fun yet muddy and wet ride.
I will use the stockwheels for winterriding and get me a new lighter wheelset with 'more easy rolling' tires.
I use a seatbag when I dont use my hydraback.

I forgot to mention, I got this bike for 17500 SEK ( swedish kronor) retail was 30-32 000 SEK, it was in december 2005.
Noticed that the fork dont work well anymore so I will make a service this winter, will also look over the RP3 aswell, never serviced a FOX before, only Rock Shox SID '01 and Judy '00.

The front triangle is strong...the rear swing can be flexy under heavy load, but I haven't noticed, I weigh 75kg's.
But a reviwer noticed some flex in the rear end.

its a shame, kona paint some of their bikes in some horrible colours. its a decent mtb let down by the brown paint used by kona. i know colour makes no difference to the ride but it would look nicer in a better colour (not brown). i oticed the inner tube on your seatpost and think maybe you should look into the 'under the saddle' style carry bags, i have one that comes everywhere with me when i ride (i usually blackmail a mate into carrying it by saying he cant use the toolkit if he dosn't carry it) and it holds loads of usefull stuff. i can get a spare tube, puncture kit, multitool and other stuff in easily with room to spare. i think mines called a 'topeak aero wedge' and its served me well for less than £20 its a real good buy.
