I have one of these and love it, even if the original tyres were a pain to me, and the frame snapped at the back! (rear triangle replaced under warranty). Interesting comments about stem, as my seat is forward like that too. Yours is a lot cleaner than mine!
it does look very nice but you are countering having a long stem by having you seat so far forward, i to would put a shorter stem on it will be more responsive, then move your seat

No worries - this pic was taken almost as soon as I got it back from the bike shop so not 'fine tuned'...all sorted and rides like a dream! :-)
