wouldn't say i was happy... more a case of it'll do now i spose. Laid back seat post is just going to put me further back from the pedals which is basically what happened with seat that far back and i felt like i had to push forward instead of down, so moved seat and bars which has helped loads. I think next time i'll just get an x/large frame, but they then have the 110mm stem which will then put more weight over front which is bad.... i miss being a kid and just riding what i got bought for xmas and it being perfect!
you can get laid back posts to help when your sat in the saddle pedaling, but if your happy with how you have got it set up now thats what counts its you who has to ride it and in your style everyone is different
the stem is currently 100mm... reluctant to reduce that cos the bike was feeling cramped up as it was, been told wider bars may help cos as it is, i'm often riding with hands right on ends of the bars in a bar end holding position even though none are fitted... find it most comfortable for sustained periods of normal riding
put a shorter stem on it and you`ll feel much better on the descents, puts your weight further back so when you hit a square edged bump you wont go over the bars also makes the steering much more active
Seat is now further forward cos it felt awkward to ride, and bars rolled forward to compensate... disadvantage of being on the borderline between large and x-large frame size and buying online!

not bad to get you back into this sport, you must have arms down to your knees with the saddle right back on its rails and a really long stem lol
