I've got a trek 4300 mate 2007 model you cant ask for a better frame but you may need to upgrade the drive chain set fairly soon as they are not that strong but overall trek are one of the best makes out there! so i have to give the 4300 a ten
Hi there, go for the tora fork, its v good. I also have juicy 3 brakes, good lightweight anchors at a good price. Shimano deore is average. If you can afford it, have a look at shimano's new SLX range. V good price, tough and durable.

Good frame! Treks r great bikes :p. Upgrading the forks will give u the most noticeable improvement.
