I'm thinking that too. Really must get round to weighing it soon. The forks are Rockshox Reba SL (80mm travel).

I've never got round to weighing it.....I would like to as like you, I am curious. Trek say 11.1KG (24.4lb) so I gues you could take a bit off for the upgrades.
