Had this bike for 10 months and the suspension broke, what will they do, fix it? or give me a new bike?

my mates got a banshee and hes just upgraded his shock so if you have prob finding one then he has a spare hes on here as thornstar82 just tell him i sent you nice bike to my mate loves his
