My buddy has one of those and apart from a bit of bother with the brakes, which trek upgraded to juicy 5's under warranty, he's very happy with it. I've had a quick ride on it and found it ok, prefer my full suss tho and so does he. in fact he's gutted that he's ridden mine now ;)

I had a trek 6000 series about 2 years ago, I pimped it up, and then sold it for a full sus race machine...........Stupid move really as it was the best Hardtail I have ridden to date!!!
