Fork: Rock Shock SID Team 2008 100mm
Crank: Stock BeOne chainset (awaiting Truvativ Hammerschmidt from US atm.)
Brakes: Formula Oro K18 front and rear, 203 rotor at the front and 180 at the rear.
Wheel: Build by yours truly. Hubs are DT Swiss 240s 20mm front/9mm rear in white. Spokes DT Swiss Aerolite. DT Swiss 4.2D limited edition rims.
Tyres: Schwalbe Nobby Nic Evolution 2.25" Folding.(holding Bontrager XXX lite tubes at 90g each)
Gears: All Shimano XT 770 rapidfire plus shifters, XT M771 rear derailleur, XT 770 front derailleur, XT gear cables and XT 770 9 speed 11-34 cassette.
Bars: Bontrager XXX handlebars, Bontrager XXX Stem 90mm, Bontrager X bar ends, ODI Rogue lock-on grips.
Saddle: Fizik Vitesse Tri Ladies Saddle with Thomson Elite layback seatpost.
Pedals: NS Bikes Legeaters in orange.

It's 15.5" frame. Weird comment. Maybe paint it blue, would look better?

You can't rate so low just because you didn't like bar ends. Don't rate at all Christ! It's a XC bike and women don't have upper body strength like men there fore it's a much for uphill.

good budget bikes these although this one seems pretty pimped up. is the cranks the only stock part left?

Yes it is mate. Even chain new. But crank wont stay stock for long I'm getting Hammerschmidt in a months.
