Description
As the first ever venue for the 4 rider format on the World Cup, the course has special significance, and still stands up as on of the best courses ever used.
Well known as a favourite with riders and spectators, the course is built and up-graded by the UCI 4X co-ordinator Phil Saxena and his Full Contact Racing boys.
It is a steep course, featuring whoops, doubles, step downs, big and small table tops, a 3/4 pack (called the 'lumpy bumpy'!), a floaty hip jump, and four huge bermed corners.
The size of everything can be intimidating initially, but once you get confident it is good fun and a real challenge.
Anbody can ride it, but you need to be a confident jumper to get the best out of it. Hardtail or short travel jump bike recommended.
