I'm 43, have been xc riding for over 20 years and riding centre trails for 5. I live in the north of Scotland so am surrounded by great riding on all sides. I ride red and black routes and am starting to do some downhill this summer after investing in an Orange Alpine 160 (and body armour suit!). I ride alone 99% of the time, I think I just prefer it that way but very few of my friends ride at all so what can you do?
