Summary:
Glengarw (Blue) short, fast and Flowing, Gellideg (Black) Steep, rocky and technical.
Review:
Two great little tracks, Blue is ideal for the beginner MTB rider, it's flowing, fast but short (1.21 sec short which is the fastest time recorded on Strava). Black has very steep climbs and is tricky in sections due to lots of loose rocks and small drops, ideal for the more advanced experienced rider it is a nice little test of fitness and technical skill. A full loop takes roughly 20-25mins for the fittest riders which begins at the gate (Blue) then forks left (Blue) or right (Black - steep climb) and finishes with a final decent on the Blue to the bottom path, great fun.
