Summary:
good for families

Trails are good for families and beginners. Id say the blue is a very easy blue and the red a hard blue but they have just redone the red route to make it harder.
Facilities are just a shop and theres a bistro/cafe. No public toilets.

Good for all abilities. Not very big though.

Mainly blue with green, red and black sections. New jump line with some gaps and drops. The blue has had some mellow berms to it that add flow.

Why so quiet?

What a hidden gem this one is. A good bike shop, trails for all abilities, and a blindingly good cafe at the end of it. Sure its a little tricky to find, but its so close to Glasgow/Edinburgh that I'm surprised its not packed out at the weekend.
The Canada wood Blue track offers a decent-length meander through the woods down towards the Falkirk wheel. The blue and red over the other side of the road are much more rewarding, allowing a decent amount of flow mixed with technical skills.
Maybe see you up there, its a goodie.
