Summary:
City centre trails for all skill levels
Review:
Dedicated MTB trails of varying difficulties near the city. Probably not as good as when first built and can sometimes be used by dog walkers even though it is signposted not to be used by walkers. There are some good, challenging trails of a decent length but not the most extreme if that's what you are looking for.

Great if you live in Manchester
Review:
But probably not worth the effort if you live outside Manchester. Still good fun though and the best MTB trail in the city.

Summary:
Good for where it is
Review:
Has some challenging areas if you know where to look but you need to adventure away from the normal trails, slow-paced, lots of climbs and small downhills, consists of no more then 2 hours and 30 mins riding so if your looking for a full day out this is not the place to go, but if you live close by and fancy a quick session then some fun can be had here,

Summary:
A good use of a bad plot of land
Review:
The trails are all located in a flat area and are mostly built around a hill with low altitude. They are a great use of space and i respect the national cycling centre for building trails in such a flat area, but it does lead to lots of short climbs and short descents that aren't steep or challenging, and the short nature of the climbs and descents made the trails feel like they lacked flow. The trails themselves were well maintained, however i felt like there was a lack of signs along the trails which often led to a feeling of disorientation. Overall, i think these trails are great for beginners and people who don't cycle very often, but i wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a more challenging day of riding.
