A decent track worth visiting if you live anywhere nearby
Review:
This track is quite fun and well built and is certainly a good work out, its plenty long enough to get me out of breath after just one lap. There are a couple of features that could be better made but on the whole it is good and it can all be ridden with flow and speed by an experienced rider or just pumped round by a novice.
There is also a little mini track next to it that is good for kids or warming up on. As for facilities, there's not much, there is plenty of free on street parking just next to the track and a cafe on the corner but no loos etc. The only issue I have with the track is its in a bit of a dodgy area, there is always lots of broken glass on the pavements leading to the track and groups of kids in tracksuits asking if they can borrow your bike or hanging around looking shady.

narrow tight and right next to a gypsy site..
if your not cleaning the human shit off the track your getting stones and crap thrown at you by the gypsies next door.
there's another pump track at Sinfin Moor a couple of mile away, not as busy as a trails track like alfreton, hucknall or osmaston, but is quiet and out the way and trouble free.
