Pretty Average

Not many hills and i couldn't find any jumps but their are some fast sections, i enjoyed just choosing a direction and seeing what was there more than the actual bike riding. Hainault forest is slightly better in my opinion and a little more central.

Flat as a pancake

Rode here on a borrowed sc chameleon and found it very flat. Any dh is over before it's began! If you like pedalling then it's great. I only saw 4 decent jumps all day. By the coffee stop like the other guy said. I hit all 4 on a strange unknown bike and it was fun but only because I didn't know the bike! Would not have even noticed them on my quake. Xc trails 120mm max. Full sus a no no as would make the unchallenging terrain even easier. Was glad to get back to Wales!

Mainly XC, but nice singletrack
Review:
Tons of singletrack and plenty of wide trails for the "less inclined". Not particularly hilly, but there is the odd climb to get you thinking. Easy to get lost, but easy to find you way back. And plenty of pubs nearby! :D

XC singletrack

Like all thing MTB you need to look and try all the little inputs into the forest, nothing is signposted but if you see an opening off the bridle paths then go for it, there are a number of very good short bursts of singletrack here and plenty to explore, proberbly not for the hardcore rider but its as close to London as you will get and theres plenty of other cyclist to hand. start at High Beach and folow your nose.
