Some really good stuff
Review:
Ive been to Epping 3 times now, the first couple of times was a bit boring but last time was pretty good. Epping in covered in single track which is really cool and there are some good fast sections, however, if u dont have a clue where ur going then it wont be so fun as some of the trails just seem to disapear after about 5 mins!! so u have to turn back and find another trail. I believe there are some organised groups early on a sunday morning but not 100%, maybe saturday. However, once u know where ur going and have a route then its really fun. Good for short fast rides less than 3 hours.

Summary:
Mostly good for XC - minor Freeride.
Review:
If you're totally into pedalling then you'll find loads of routes to keep you interested all day. I recommend going to High Beach to the tourist office for maps. If freeride or downhill's your game you won't find much there to keep you interested. There's a reasonable downhill section to the right of the coffee van if you're looking out at the view from the top of High Beach (only about two minutes away). Don't take your freeride or downhill becuase it's overkill on these trails.
