Something for everyone and clever with the space

I live locally and I love going to Croft for a slow ride with the kids or an all out workout bit of fun. It's been built with all mtb levels in mind. Whether you are a novice, intermediate or expert rider you will love the little berms, rollable jumps, switch backs, north shaw and lots of technical rocky sections. It's awesome for the kids to, mine have learnt so much from riding the Croft. The only negative I can think of is the lack of descents/climbs but the guys at MB Swindon have done so well with the space available

This place is blessing to have on the doorstep

Just moved to Swindon and having these trails on the doorstep make it worth sticking around for. Fair play to everyone who has put it together over the years, look forward to helping out on a dig day. You just get lost in endless switchback that flow so good! The jumps could do with a bit of work but it is the middle of the winter right now. The whole trail is build just right, not too hard and gravelly but able to ride all year round.

Switchback city, ohh yeah!
Review:
Short, tight and relentless.
Would I go there specifically, no. If I was passing and had an hour to spare, definetly. I have never wanted to work in an office, or for a bank but if I worked at Nationwide, I'd ride to work everyday and hit it every lunchtime!
Even the wife enjoyed it!
NB there has been a car park built blocking part of the trail towards the end! bummer.
*Dirt jumps are a bit minimul/unimaginative, a 4 pack - burm, hip. very small table top and several over-grown totaly dissused sweet looking lines...*

dirt jumps too
Review:
A group of BMX'ers are building some wicked jumps in the middle of the trail. They have been at it for a while and each time I go there, they have added something else. Last summer there was 1/2 a dozen or so jumps but by next summer that will easily have doubled! Its a bit tight for MTB's cos they are made for BMX.
