Nice, but dodgy at times

Review:
It's a nice little place to practice what you're working on. But I wouldn't go too far as to say it can be replaced as a main track. It can also be very dodgy at times with 12-17 year old kids vaping and in crowds, so make sure to keep your child well under super-vision and keep all properties in vision.

The BMX Trial outside St Thommy More is terriable !
It's dog rough, the tar hasn't been flatend and there is tar all over the place.
The council should hang their heads in shame for this.
