Terrible
Review:
It has virtually no drainage and will muddy for days after rain, all the jumps are destroyed and and the ground is awfully harsh and rocky. I'm sure once many many years ago this wouldve been fun but now its awful

Not a bad place to ride if your in the area
Review:
Not very well maintained for a large purpose built track, local riders keep on top of it and have put in a decent set of dirt jumps off to the side. A good fun track to do a few laps around and get your manuals dialled. Worth a few hours there if your in the area, but don't go if it's windy.
The track is used by a lot of other people for remote control cars etc and even pit bikes which can get annoying.
Take your litter home so it don't get shut down.
It's worth mentioning there is very good dh trails 2min drive from here on the right just before you enter the Teignmouth back roads but bikes aren't really aloud in there so be careful and leave if told to do so.

Over all
Review:
It's okay as I go there every so often when I go to knock for my mate as he just lives around the conner, the only thing I have a problem is with the idiots with there Rc's as just the other week I ended up sparing my wrist due to 'em, but on the hole its a good track and the main dirt jumps seam to be getting higher and deeper at point's.
