Booked and paid for the uplift here and was massively looking forward to it. Due to illness i couldn't make it so instead of asking for a refund i asked for my spot to be moved, this is a simple process for most other bike parks, NOT HERE though. I was told that they wouldn't do it and that was it. Shocked i did everything to inform them but they just refused. So now i have lost my money, safe to say i wont be riding here Shocking customer service and extreme blunt and rude, must of been having a bad day! Sort it out!

First outing to hammers and we weren't disappointed loads of routes to choose from. Had a big grin all day this is one place we will be revisiting. Very friendly people there and just pure fun from start to finish.

have been a few times and never get board of the tracks/trails and iam sure i have hit all of them yet.
theres everything there fast balls out, tech and rooty, jumpy and drop sections just mix and match to suit yourself. and everyones good crack and very welcoming

cant wait 4 my next visit this place rocks! went with mixed group & everybody had fun sumat 4 every1. friendly faces & good vibe. only 1 problem not enough time in day it just flew by
