Some good downhills non very long tho, only one easy way up on the east side up near ss castle.can be brutal when it's wet.

Review:
Great trail with some steep uphill to get to the top but great slopes and DH style paths down, you can access these just by riding over the top and looking for a way down.

My Favourite - Down the back to SS Castle, steps, downhill and some technical parts - MTB needed.
