Fully awsome!
Review:
I was there all weekend and so much fun, The red trail is pretty tough at times but there are some really awsome bits with high speed and turns. The blue trail, freeride and skills section were also really good plus there is a sick shop there. I would definitely recommend to any one and will be going again.

first climb is a drag but at least it gets you warmed up for the start of the downhill which i do enjoy, nice and sweeping, pretty easy but....
the last section of the new red drags you up on a horible horible climb, at least 80% of riders were off the bike and pushing up last weekend.
rode the old trail many time but just don't see that the new section improves the experience
have always gone 50/50 between gisburn and llandegla being half way between the two but will definitly now be more 90/10!!

A great ride for intermediates with some great flowing sections.
Review:
I have recently started riding this regularly after work on a Wednesday evening (late night opening). Both my husband and I ride, but with small children it's difficult to get out, and I've never been keen to go on my own. However, at Llandegla I feel totally safe - there are so many people around. I love this route. The uphill is really doeable. Those who complain there is too much uphill are obviously really unfit or have a way too heavy bike for this cross country route! The downhill is lovely and flowing and is great even in the wet. Maybe it is an easy red, but then it's up to you how fast you ride it.
I feel so lucky to have this as my local workout.
As for the cafe, the food is great and reasonably priced. Would recommend definitely. Am looking forward to doing the black sections next time I go.
Please also see my review of the blue which is awesome for beginners.

I did this with the black run and was disapointed. Uphill to start was ok but no single track. Downhill and black run was fast and fun but I would hardly call it that technical, I am a seriously cautious rider and other than a few jump sections I rode the lot with no problem. There was far to much fire road in between any good stuff and you finish the ride in a state of bordom. Cafe was ok, but MBUK was well off the mark if they think thats the best bacon butty around.

Review:
Spent an hour and a half travelling to this place. Total rubbish (red run). Spent 2 miles going up a fire road to be rewarded by 40 seconds of good downhill. Then more climbing followed by 20 seconds of downhill. Things only got worse. If your an average xc rider you may like this however if i wanted to ride tracks like this i would have bought a road bike.
My mate and myself were dressed like giblets in armour and full face helmets (my mate had a full downhill helmet). He boiled his backside off and i almost died of boredom. Avoid if you any type of technical rider
