Summary:
Great fun. Well maintained.

Review:
I’ve ridden the red route a few times (more of a challenging blue). It’s long and has a good mix of downhill, climbs and xc sections. All sections are well marked and most are named. Great fun on a hard tail. There is a short black run which tbh is more of a red. I Personality think that a full sus is overkill here and a hard tail presents a bit more of a challenge. Well maintained trails including family loops. Ample parking (£14 though) trails are free to ride so I think that the parking fee is justified. On site bike shop and cafe.

Great family ride park

Review:
Tracks are nice and easy to ride. Single way on red and black trails. Blue both ways ride. Great facilities for kids to play. Bar serves average food can’t complain, drinks beer and juice. Candy and cakes!
Would come back definitely

Summary:
No jumps anywhere now at Bedgebury

Review:
The Forestry Commission ripped down the last of the jumps here in February 2016 and closed the bike park. They originally built the jumps but didn't consult properly with local users to understand their popularity so mindlessly pulled them down. There are no jumps or tabletops anywhere now at Bedgebury. This has left a pretty boring single track which lacks flow in most sections and should be graded blue not red.
Unfortunately, the Forestry Commission is far too insular and only talks to the local club rather than garner views of the wider mountain biking community to understand why Bedgebury has fallen off the radar of serious riders. The Forestry Commission need to engage professional trail builders. The site has the potential to be flowy and fun. Join the petition asking the Forestry Commission to built a new bike park and add jumps into the trails. Visit change.org and search Bedgebury to add your support.

The jumps were closed in 2016

Review:
The Forestry Commission ripped down the last of the jumps here in February 2016 after building them 10 years earlier. They have closed the bike park. They removed all the northshore in 2010. There are no gap jumps or tabletops anywhere now at Bedgebury.
There is an active petition asking the Forestry Commission to built a new bike park and add jumps into the trails. Search online Bedgebury petition

Summary:
Good trails excellent venue for all abilities

Review:
Beautiful venue. Big fan if Quench cycles. Easily accessable red/(black sections) without the need to pedal unnecessarily to get to them as its so well layed out as a circuit. Suits all abilities and due to location my staple hours blast! Some more technical aspects /DH and jumps would be better though.
