Royal Tunbridge Wells TN17 2SL
Review by: toughguy on 11 April 2008
Summary:
Rather disappointing, especially after paying £7.50 to park the car at this visitor centre.
Review:
I went after a week of sun, and there was still mud up to your axle. The route is quite flat with awkward corners in the wrong places. I went on the freeride park halfway around, which was very good and made up for the XC track.
Very much a beginner’s route.

Very good
Review:
Some really good single track, you get everything from tight and twisty to wide, downhill and fast. Freeride area is on a slope and looks pretty challenging (I didn't even attempt it!). After a prolonged period of rain some parts of the trail are REALLY muddy and I mean DEEP mud; almost to the point of being unrideable. Other than that it's a great day out, fun and challenging.

Best you're going to get in the South East
Review:
Its never going to be wales is it? But, that said it could be better.
Major mud when its been raining a bit.
Surface seems to sap speed and energy (maybe its just me!)
Dodgy corners.
Good for beginners, but, even when taken fast, a bit boring.

I thought the trail was fab but the map telling you where you go was a bit dodgey.
