mate youd have been better off claiming you did it through friction burns from your jersey sleeves flapping at high speed. you certinatly were not going fast when you did that.

oooh didums that must of realy realy hurt, do you want some magic cream to make it all better.
sorry mate but i'm still in physio after 8 months and severing all the tendons attaching my shoulder to my clavical the graze that you have was similar but mine had no skin and was thro to the bone at my elbow. try harder next time and if there is no blood use the sand paper in your puncture kit!.
