Login/Sign UpA forest full of gnarly natural enduro trails! Here are a few of the trails that we enjoy riding most from steep to fast flat out tech.
This gem of a place is lower key than other nearby hotspots and there are tons of trails to choose from - both short and long ones. This spot was raced back in 2015 for Tweedlove Vallelujah enduro (I believe!).
The climbs can be tough - a short steep push takes you to the top of a trailhead with 3 trails coming off - and further splits into the trail for more.
Trails can be gnarly and can catch you out in places (natural / black trails). We rode:
- Quarry Double Decker (my favourite one! Fast and techy)
- Raylees Revenge (a steep rocky chute can catch you out on this one!)
- Two Ho'es Bro (yes deliberately chucked in an apostrophe so YouTube doesn't bring up this video for something else!! This one is full of tight switchbacks and berms)
- Scorpion (a hard wee trail! Has a really awkward couple of corners/chute at the foot of the trail which requires full commitment!)
And there are more that we haven't covered in this video. Credit to the trailbuilder - these really are super trails.
Located in southern Scotland in the Tweed Valley and south of Thornylee, Inners etc, it's a bit further out than the other spots. Well worth a ride and the place has a different feel to it than other destinations here.
Quite a few tricky sections that can catch you out - but that's what keeps things interesting ;)
