Each course will be pre-marked, and route maps will be available to view on the morning of the race. Each race will be approximately 55 kms, either over 1 lap, or multiple laps.
Prizes for each race will be donated by The Bike Place.
The overall series winner in each class receives The Bike Place Challenge Shield (to be returned the following year) and a replica (to keep).
Points are awarded for finishing position in each class as follows:
1st Place - 10pts; 2nd Place - 6pts; 3rd Place - 4pts; 4th Place - 3pts; 5th Place - 2pts; 6th Place - 1pt
Attendance points are also awarded to give an advantage to riders who attend more events.
