Idea for basics!!

Box woods is my local and has been great getting back into dh riding again, we made a few drop off jumps etc and came back to them the following day to find they had been SMASHED up!!
So like keen newbies we rebuilt and had the days riding there again, but the same thing happened when we returned two days time.
The feeling is that dog walkers and horse riders dont like to mix with the cyclists that go up there now so if you put effort into making jumps etc then dont expect them to be there the next time you visit!!

But on a good note there are a few dh runs to race down, bomb holes to jump in and out of and small rock gardens and technical areas so I would say it is worth a visit but keep an eye out for walkers and check ur run first as I have had tree stumps, big rocks and branches put across the runs !!
